Questions
Do I need the Hub?
Yes. Games are bought, installed and played in the free Hub, with your account. Only the free demos run on their own.
What happens after 30 days offline?
Each license refreshes when the computer is online. After 30 days without a check the game asks for internet; you get a warning in the last 7 days. A game that is running is never stopped.
How do I move to a new computer?
Free a computer from your account or from the Hub, then sign in on the new one. Up to 3 changes a month.
Is 2.0 free?
Every 1.x update is free. A 2.0 version will be a new license.
What if my Pass payment fails?
You keep playing for 7 days while Paddle retries. After that the games switch to demo until the Pass is active again.
Computers that are never online?
A Business / Venue license with offline activation, for kiosks and closed venues, is coming. Contact us.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, see our refund policy. Refunds are handled by Paddle.
