Install the Hub on Windows

Unzip, open the folder and run the Hub. If Windows says it protected your PC: More info → Run anyway.

Install the Hub on a Mac

Open the .dmg and drag the Hub onto Applications. If macOS says it is damaged, double-click “Repair Crowd Games Hub” in the same window.

Moving to a new computer

Each license runs on 2 computers. Free one in your account or in the Hub (Account), then sign in on the new one. Up to 3 changes a month.

Playing without internet

After the Hub checks in, games play offline for 30 days, with a warning in the last 7. A running game never stops.

Invoices and refunds

Paddle issues the invoices and handles refunds. See the Refund policy or your Paddle receipt email.

Installing a game offline

Copy the game's .cgpack on a USB stick and drag it onto the Hub. The Hub checks the Crowd Games signature before installing.
