These terms apply to the Crowd Games Hub, the games and Tools sold in it, and the crowd-games.com website. They are offered by [COMPANY NAME], [COMPANY ADDRESS], [VAT ID] (“we”).
Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own terms apply to the purchase.
Your account
- One account is used on this website, in the Hub and on the Online Buzzer.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Licenses
- A license lets you use a game or Tool, it does not sell you the software.
- Games and Tools are bought, installed and played in the Hub, with your account.
- Each license works on 2 computers at a time. You can free a computer and use another, up to 3 changes a month.
- After the Hub checks in online, a license works offline for 30 days. A game that is running is never stopped.
- A lifetime license includes every 1.x update of that game. A 2.0 version is a new product.
- The All Games Pass and White Label are subscriptions. If a payment fails you keep full use for 7 days; after that the games switch to demo until the subscription is paid.
- Free demos have limited features and show a DEMO mark on the player screen.
What you may not do
- Share your account or license with people outside your business or household.
- Copy, modify, resell or redistribute the software, or try to bypass the license or the package signatures.

Your content
Questions, logos and other material you load into the games stay yours. You confirm you have the right to show them in public.
