What we collect and why

• Account: name, email and a hashed password, to sign you in on the website and in the Hub.
• Licenses and computers: what you own, and for each activated computer a computer ID (a one-way hash, not a serial number), the name you see in the list and the operating system. This enforces the 2-computer rule.
• Problem reports: sent only when you press “Report a problem”, or automatically if you allow it in the Hub. They hold the game, versions, operating system and recent log lines. Folder paths with your user name are removed. They hold no personal files and no player names.
• Payments: handled by Paddle, the Merchant of Record. We receive the order, the product and your email, never your card. See Paddle's privacy notice.
• Support emails: what you write to us, to answer you.

Cookies

The public pages set no cookies. Signing in to your account sets one session cookie, needed for the account to work. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
